Appalachian Property Recovery LLC uses information you voluntarily provide to evaluate property inquiries and contact you about them.
Information you provide
The inquiry form requests property and contact details, your relationship to the property, its condition, tax and occupancy information, and a description of the circumstances. Do not provide sensitive identification numbers, account information, or information about occupants beyond what is necessary.
How information is handled
When online intake is enabled, submissions are transmitted to our configured company inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes technical request information for hosting and security. Our form does not publish inquiries or store them in a public repository.
We use inquiry information for evaluation, communication, transaction preparation, and related recordkeeping. Relevant information may be shared with title professionals, legal advisers, or other service providers as necessary, or where required by law. We do not sell inquiry information.
Retention and your requests
Information is retained as needed to evaluate your inquiry, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. You can ask to correct your information, stop further inquiry follow-up, or request deletion, subject to recordkeeping requirements. This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting providers may process technical information to operate and protect the service. No method of electronic transmission is completely secure.
